The MSW/JD (Social Work/Law) joint pathway program is for students interested in combining an MSW with a degree in law. Persons graduating with this dual degree go into areas such as family law, child advocacy, domestic violence, public policy and public defense. The MSW/JD can follow the Clinical Social Work Concentration or Social Leadership Concentration for the courses pertinent to the MSW degree.

The MSW/MBA (Social Work/Business Administration) joint pathway program is designed for students who wish to expand their understanding of the connection between these two fields of study. Students gain management expertise to be applied in social services agencies. The MSW/MBA follows the Social Leadership Concentration for the courses pertinent to the MSW degree.

The MSW/MPA (Social Work/Public Administration) program is one of the few joint pathway programs in these fields offered in the U.S. This program prepares students for positions in public, private and nonprofit human service organizations by educating them about social work and public administration of social service agencies. The MSW/MPA follows the Social Leadership Concentration for the courses pertinent to the MSW degree.

The MSW/MS in Criminology (Social Work/Criminology) joint pathway program is for graduate students who wish to expand their understanding of the connection between these two fields of study. This degree is for clinicians who desire to gain expertise in work with forensic clients.
