Join us and the rest of the FSU community on March 9, 2022, Florida State’s annual day of giving! FSU’s Great Give is a 24-hour giving campaign to connect with donors to support projects that speak to their commitment and support of FSU projects and initiatives.

This year, the College of Social Work’s Great Give project supports the newly established Jim Clark Leadership Fund, established in honor of Dr. Jim Clark who served as dean from 2015 until 2021. This year, Dr. Clark was appointed provost and executive vice president of Academic Affairs at Florida State. The Jim Clark Leadership Fund was established in honor of his continued legacy of commitment and leadership to Florida State University, first as dean of the College of Social Work and now as FSU’s provost.

The fund will provide financial support to social work students, faculty and staff, filling in the gaps and coming to the aid of urgent needs related to key social work projects, events and initiatives. During FSU’s Great Give, the College of Social Work is hoping to engage more than 150 donors in support of the Jim Clark Leadership Fund with the goal of raising $50,000 in support of the College of Social Work community.
