FSHC is a statewide coalition of organizations and individuals involved in developing, managing and providing treatment and housing services to persons with special needs such as persons with severe mental illness, substance abuse disorders, veterans, youth aging out of foster care, and the elderly with disability conditions, and experiencing homelessness.
FSHC primary mission is to expand affordable housing and the supportive services necessary to allow persons with special needs to live independently the community of their choice. 
FSHC’s primary role is advocacy and education.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (social leadership) students. Full-time positions only.
Transportation required. Access to parking at the Capitol. No travel required out of Tallahassee. Evening hours and weekends not required. 
Students should have liability insurance.
