Footprints to Recovery is an addiction treatment program for adults of any age that are experiencing issues with addictive and mood-altering substances. 
The program includes all levels of care (Detox, Residential and 3 levels of output.)  as well as a recovery home on-site for outpatients.
Social Workers play a significant role in all levels of care, as they are involved in conducting psychoeducational and process therapy groups, individual therapy, treatment planning, and biopsychosocial assessments.

Special placement information:
Accepting BSW, MSW 1st-year, and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Elgin is located west of Chicago and it’s on the furthest west suburbs.  
Transportation required. Agency accessibly by public transit. There should not be any travel involved during working hours. 
Liability insurance covered by agency.  
The student will also be under the meet supervision of a licensed Social Worker. 
Agency hours: 8:00AM-9:00PM, Monday-Thursday. 8:00AM-5:00PM, Fridays. 8am-9pm. Evening hours available.
