Everside Health is currently recruiting for a Part Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide services at our Tavares, FL health center location. The position is for 24 hours a week (8 hour days) and the schedule is flexible/negotiable as it has not been established yet. Currently, our health center is staffed by a physician, nurse practitioner, and a medical assistant. The health center provides primary care services to our client’s employees, spouses, and dependents.
