Jewish Family and Community Services has been serving the North Florida community by providing services to individuals and families. The mission for JFCS is to strengthen the entire Northeast Florida Community by providing support services in the Jewish Tradition of helping people help themselves. Our clients are of all ages but are centered on wraparound services for the entire family, not just the individual. The role of social work in our agency is to meet the client where they are and allow them to identify their needs and goals so that we may support them towards their goals.

Accepting BSW Full-time students, MSW 1st-year and 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical and social leadership) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
The agency does not provide stipends or paid internships. Interns will need to provide their own transportation as the work we do is in the field and at home. We do not reimburse for travel, and video/audio taping is not permitted. Agency hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekends are not available, and limited evening hours are available. The agency is accessible by bus.
