Additionally, both locations offer Day/Night with Community Housing, Day/Night without Community Housing, Intensive Outpatient Services, and Outpatient Services to both young adults as well as mature adults. Our programs are designed to offer an alternative philosophy of life to individuals who suffer from mental health concerns as well as individuals who are physically and/or psychologically dependent upon a chemical and/or substance, or who are abusing a chemical and/or substance in such a way as to cause physical or emotional harm. Our programs utilize a holistic approach to both treatment, mental health, and recovery. Our programs offer viable choices, encourages continuing treatment and recovery and promotes wellness of the whole person in order to enhance drug free functioning in a more comfortable, rewarding, and joyous lifestyle. Our overall goal is to assist individuals in the development of appropriate strategies to maintain abstinence from drugs and alcohol and transition them back to their community having attained the optimal level of functioning. Our patient receives individualized treatment, formulated into a comprehensive treatment plan, based on the initial and continuing assessments. The initial and subsequent evaluations will determine the individual's appropriateness for treatment at our facilities. In addition, evaluations will determine which modality of treatment is needed and the length of treatment is most beneficial. If considered not appropriate, a proper referral process is conducted. Discharge planning begins at admission, and an individualized continuing care plan is formulated based on a pre-discharge assessment The patient and each member of the treatment team will participate in the planning and execution of the treatment process.
