Transitional housing for unhoused pregnant women and their children. Program participants must be over 18 to qualify for services. One additional child, under the age of 3-5, may accompany the mother. The primary function is to provide safe and secure housing, work on solidifying more permanent housing solutions, and achieve self-sufficiency goals. All residents participate in an individualized case plan catered to their specific needs
Special Placement Information:
This agency accepts MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students. Agency hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Students need reliable transportation.
