Information

CRS is a training site for graduate students pursuing a Masters degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, and clinical social work. CRS provides weekly individual supervision and group supervision, in addition to on-call supervision outside of typical business hours. Students are matched with their direct supervisor based on clinical interest and degree requirements. Student therapists have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, hone their clinical skills under direct supervision, provide case management services, and be a part of a supportive and community-driven group practice. Practicum students are required to maintain a minimum caseload of 4 clients per week, and interns are required to maintain a minimum caseload of 12 clients per week. These caseload requirements are designed to ensure that students will meet their direct hours requirements. Therapists at CRS have the flexibility to build their own schedule, and students are required to have availability on either one weeknight or weekend day to meet with clients. Students will need to provide their own transportation, and most offices are accessible via public transit. CRS provides liability insurance for students. Audio/video recording is permitted with client consent. At this time, CRS is unable to provide paid internships and travel reimbursement. No Stipend.
