Crossroads Counseling LLC is a private agency that delivers outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment services to those in need in our community.  Typically, we serve adolescents and adults; however, we have served children in the past as well.  Our client demographic is a good sample of our community's population.  The role of the social worker will be to provide intake assessments, collaborate with our referral sources and stakeholders, provide group and individual treatment (as the student's degree albums), and case management services as needed.  Social workers also develop treatment plans and appropriately document all of their interactions with clients as necessary.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is Full-time BSW, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing students, Part-time BSW, Part-time MSW (clinical).  The student only needs transportation to and from the office and as they will not be providing any services away from the agency.  The student is covered by Crossroads Counseling liability insurance.  Video/Audio recording is allowed at the client's written permission.  The agency is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:30pm.  Weekend hours are not available at this time; however, they may become available in the future.
