Our network provides housing, coaching, and mental & behavioral health services to young adults and teens ages 13-28 who are in the foster care system and/or have aged out.  We have supportive housing homes throughout Florida in the following counties: Duval, Lake, Leon, Miami-Dade, and St Lucie. We currently serve 76 young adults in total through housing.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting BSW Full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Students, (Clinical) Part-time BSW and Part-time MSW.  Students will need transportation for local commutes in their respective areas. Liability insurance is not required for students. Videotaping is permitted with the client's permission and a signed release form. The agency's hours are flexible and will vary depending on the clients' and populations' needs.  The schedule can also be adjusted according to the MSW's availability. Weekend and evening hours are available.  The agency is accessible by bus, and neither COVID-19 vaccination nor general vaccinations are required.
