EHS offers outpatient counseling for both Mental Health and substance misuse disorders for individuals ages 18+.
Within this field placement, Social Worker will provide ASAM level 2.1 services to individuals who have a diagnosed substance use disorder, which will include group counseling and individual counseling as requested. Social Worker will provide education on triggers, coping skills, support and completion of SAMSHA approved relapse prevention plan with all clients in ASAM level 2.1 services. Also, within field placement, Social Worker will provide substance misuse case management services to individuals as a means of connecting them to resources in the community to support their physical health, Mental Health, vocational well-being, housing, and other needs to help support an individual's sobriety.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 1st-year and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Transportation to agency required.
Liability insurance required.
Video-/Audio-taping permitted with client consent.
Agency hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.
