Emerald coast Hospice is a non for profit Hospice provider. We provide end of life care to those who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and have a prognosis of six months or less to live. We accept patients anywhere from 18years of age up until the end of life. Our oldest patient is currently 102 years old. Our social workers are available to assist our patients and families with a variety of practical and emotional issues. They can assist with advance directives, funeral arrangements, offer education about care giving, connect patients/families with community resources as well as assess the emotional needs of patients and /or caregivers.

Special Information

The agency is accepting MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Students for clinical purpose only. Students are offered full time hours.
We ask that our students provide their own transportation.
We do not reimburse for mileage.
We ask that our students have a level II background check
Our office is open Monday-Friday 8;00am – 5:00pm.
