As a nonprofit, integrated network of care, Empath Health supports anyone facing chronic or advanced illness. We help patients live as comfortably and meaningfully as possible and offer assistance to their families and caregivers along the way.

Special placement information:
Accepting BSW, MSW 1st-year, and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (SL + clinical). Full- and part-time positions available.
Transportation not required. Travel reimbursement not available.
Liability insurance required. 
Video-/Audio-taping not permitted.
Agency hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening hours permitted.
