Mental Health Therapy for ages 12+ with specialties in Trauma, Anxiety, suicidal Intentions, PTSD and other DX for Individuals possible groups as well. 

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing clinical Students, (Clinical).  Students will need to be able to arrive to office on their own.  We require some sort of Liability Insurance if school does not provide it.  We are located in central part of Crestview in a safe neighborhood.  Hours range from 9:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday.
