Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) offers programs and resources to transform lives. Building on our 131-year history, we are here to help individuals and families of all faiths live to their full potential.  Guided by Jewish values, we are a welcoming community, and our experienced professionals bring integrity and compassion to their work in the fields of aging and older adults, career counseling, dentistry, mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and need-based support services. We serve thousands of individuals annually regardless of age, race, religion, national origin or ability to pay.  JF&CS is a proud partner of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and United Way of Greater Atlanta. Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.  The Frances Bunzl Clinical Services provides guidance and support for all ages. We offer counseling for children, teens, and families in the Horwitz-Zusman Child & Family Center. We offer both individual and group therapies across a broad spectrum of issues - from divorce and bereavement to anxiety and depression. Our goal is to support and enhance the emotional well-being of our clients as they navigate life's challenges.  Our therapists are on most insurance panels. We offer private pay options and sliding scale fees are available.
We are currently offering Telehealth and In-person counseling and therapy for all ages.

Special Placement Information:

Agency is accepting MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical.  JF&CS is a multi-service agency that provides social services and counseling to a non-sectarian audience. As we are located In Dunwoody, the student is responsible for their own transportation. They are covered by the agency professional malpractice coverage and are expected to provide services at least one evening during the week (Monday - Friday). While services are hybrid (telehealth and in-person), in-person attendance Is required at least 2 days/week. Interns are expected to participate in
supervision and educational activities. The agency is open Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00am -8:00pm and Thursday,
Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
