Marion County Public Schools is a K-12 Florida Public School System. School Social Workers within this school system support student success by providing for basic needs, community resources, counseling support (individual and group), evaluations for possible special education services, home visits to act as a liaison between home and school, and other supports necessary for student success.

The Agency accepts MSW 1st year students, and MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical students.
