Sub-acute rehab, licensed as a skilled nursing facility. Average age of patients is around 80 years old. 10-14 day stay as a patient. Intern will work with admissions, discharges, referrals, and crisis intervention.

Special placement information:

Accepting BSW students, MSW 1st-year and 2nd-year (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available. Internship hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
