Mental Health Cooperative is a non- profit community-based agency providing integrated mental and physical health care to individuals ages 3 and older.  
MHC provides care management, intensive care management, therapy, and psychiatry to children, youth and adults.  
The individuals served have varied and complex needs including Mental Health, physical health, financial, housing, A&D, social, vocational, and educational, MHC strives to support individuals to develop and achieve goals through person-centered, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented care and relationships.  
MHC exists to engage, enlighten, and empower individuals and families with behavioral health issues to live healthier lives by providing integrated care for the whole person, everyone can experience hope and live a full life in the community.

Special placement information:
Accepting MSW 1st-year and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (clinical) students. Full- and part-time positions available.
Liability insurance required.
Video/Audio-taping not permitted.
Transportation required.  Travel reimbursement available.  
Stipend not available.
Agency hours: 8:00Am-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.
