NFI North has successfully helped thousands of children, youth, families, adults and seniors with diverse needs to make
positive changes in their lives, to achieve personal goals and experience the full promise of life in theri communities.
NFI's broad range of mental health, child welfare, juvenile justice, educational and rehabilitative programs include
home-based services, supported living, residential treatment, and foster care programs. This program in particular:
Community Based Services, serves NH's children and families by providing intensive wraparound services in their
homes, foster homes and community. Our goal is to promote family self-sufficiency and to connect families
to supports within their local community. We are also a child-placing agency, which means we are licensed to
recruit, train and recommend foster families for licensure to the Division for Children, Youth and Families. We provide
ongoing support to the families to help provide children with a structured, nurturing environment for optimal growth.
