We are a 353 bed care hospital serving North Central Florida serving all ages.  Students conduct rotation at the Senior Healthcare Centers.  These are internal medicine primary care departments of the hospital that serve patients 65 and older.  Social Work Case Managers work with patients, families, physicians, and staff to maintain their maximum level of independence.  Services include community resource coordination, cognitive screening, referrals for services and long-term care planning.

Special Information

BSW &MSW 1st and 2nd year and Advanced Standing; Clinical.Full-time and Part-time.  The facility doesn’t provide any housing, transportation or stipend.  The school or participant must obtain general and professional liability insurance. No video audio is permitted in hospital.
