We provide Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Case Management to adults experiencing chronic homelessness. We use the Housing First Model and firmly believe that Recovery is possible. The individuals served may present with mental health, SUD, and medical illnesses. They are frequently underserved and under resourced. Students will have learning opportunities that include: trauma informed care. harm reduction, CBT, DBT, Risk assessment, Stages of Change, Advocacy, case management, etc.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is accepting MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students.  This placement Is field based. The student will need reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. Video and audio taping is not permitted. Houl's of operation are Monday-Friday Ba - Sp based on the needs of the program participants.
