Peaceful Paths provides services related to domestic violence advocacy, intervention, and prevention to survivors in the communities of Alachua, Bradford, and Union counties. The core services include emergency shelter, supportive housing, adult and youth support groups, information and referrals, crisis counseling, transportation assistance, community education, and violence prevention Education.
Special Placement Information
The Agency is accepting BSW Part-time and MSW Part-time. The student will need to have independent transportation; busing and ride-share options are acceptable; however, the agency does not reimburse associated fees. Any travel related to training during the placement will be covered/arranged by the agency. The hours required will vary, including outside of traditional business hours, such as evenings and weekends. The student does not need liability insurance, nor is any type of video or audio recordings permitted. The residential programs
have flexibility for scheduling onsite services as they are staffed 24-7.
