Primary Care Institute is a patient-centered medical home (PCMH). Population served are adults, teens, and a large geriatric population. The social worker role in (integrated care at a primary care doctor’s office) is advocate, behavioral health specialist, mental health provider/psychotherapist, educator, consultant and member of interdisciplinary team.

BSW, MSW (1^st year, 2^nd year, and Advanced Standing Students), Part-time and Full-time.

No travel. May need liability Insurance, no stipend available, video/audio taping is not permitted. Hours are Mon – Thurs: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Fri – Sat: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m., open every Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month.
