Information

SSM Health, Behavioral Health, offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), specifically designed for young people struggling with mental, emotional, and behavioral problems. Our Youth and Family IOP aims to help teens reduce symptoms through developing skills to promote self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Our team of social workers, a RN, and APRN/MD understands the complexity of mental and behavioral issues and we believe it’s imperative to take a comprehensive approach to caring for each person to strengthen the whole family system. IOP meets 3 days/week from 4pm- 7pm, in person, with COVID-19 precautions in place. Parents/guardians are required to attend the program a minimum of one night per week, on our “family night”. Teens are engaged in group psychotherapy and are also under the care of a Psychiatrist and Nurse. We serve adolescents 11- 18 (if still in High School) years old.
