Suncrest Hospice

Suncrest is a hospice organization that services adults of various ages in a variety of settings; skilled facilities, assisted living in their homes.  Social workers provides ongoing emotional and psychological support to both families and patients on a regular basis. Additional tasks include end of life planning, advance directives and providing various other resources.  Social workers work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide updates, collaboration and high quality care. No stipend available.
