Tricounty Family Ministries provides assistance to a diverse clientele of individuals and families of all ages, cultural backgrounds in need of shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency situations. TFM services include food, hygiene, and clothing distribution, rental and utilities assistance, pro Bono legal assistance to help in circumstances  for those needing identification.  Health and wellness services such as prescription medicine assistance.  Much of the population Tricounty Family Ministries serves is homeless and vulnerable at times, And also below poverty thresholds.
 

Special Placement Information:

MSW First year, MSW & BSW Part-Time. The Intern will assist in the following:  food distribution involving groceries and meals, intake process using charity tracker.  Link2feed etc... conduct and maintain surveys for data/metric tracking purposes and service effectiveness.  At times also assist with rent and utility emergency process.
