The VA located in Eastern Colorado Healthcare System (ECHCS) seeks to serve all eligible veterans in the eastern half of the state of Colorado. The main medical center, Rocky Mountain Regional VA is located in Aurora, CO on the Anschutz campus and serves veterans in the Denver metro area. There are outlying VA clinics in Colorado Springs and down to Pueblo, Salida, Alamosa and scattered elsewhere in the state. Placements are potentially available in all of these locations. Our veteran population is quite diverse and VA serves all those who served. Veterans are diverse in their service connected disability rating, as well as their ethnic, racial, cultural and gender identities. We additionally serve veterans from when they first exit the military all the way through the end of life. Spouse partners of the veteran may also receive treatment.
