White Sands Treatment Center was founded in 2014 with the overarching philosophy that it was time to raise industry standards with respect to the quality of treatment, comfortability of patients, and increased rates of long-term sobriety. We recognized that national relapse rates were abysmal and treatment protocols have remained stagnant for many years.  White Sands treats adults of all ages with substance use disorder. White Sands offers multiple levels of care throughout the state of Florida. In Fort Myers, we offer detox through day/night treatment within our 30 days inpatient program. We utilize social workers as part of our case management and clinical teams. Our clinical social workers have a case load and work with patients for the duration of their treatment with us.

BSW Full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing students, (Social Leadership) (Clinical), Part time BSW, Part-time MSW.  Travel is not reimbursed by the company. There are no stipends for interns. All of our interns are required liability insurance through the school. We do not permit video or audio taping. The agency is open 24/7 but we offer clinical services from 8:30 – 5:30 every day of the week (weekends included).
