WCHSZ has child welfare services (in-home, foster care, CPS) and Economic Assistance Programs. The agency serves children, families, and adults for economic assistance (medicaid, TANF, food support, etc.) and families whose children are at risk of abuse and neglect. The agency licenses foster homes and completes home studies.
