In Citra, FL, the Phoenix House program operates as a long-term residential treatment center serving adult women and men.  The program has separate facilities or men and women and is located approximately ten miles north of Ocala.  The program is primarily funded by the Department of Corrections, and the majority of our clients are court ordered to our facility.  The role of the social worker is to provide evidence-based practice to clients and their families. And to support clients in a criminal and substance-free lifestyle.  The social worker works as an advocate, broker, counselor and a variety of other roles in order to support re-entering society.

Special Information:
BSW & MSW 1ST & 2ND Year Clinical Full & Part Time. The student will need to provide own transportation, video and audio taping is permitted.
