Beren Crim Sabuncu
Doctoral Candidate

Crim is a graduate student instructor at the College of Social Work and works as a research assistant at the Center of Population Sciences for Health Empowerment. She works on projects exploring the complex interplay between social determinants and health outcomes, focusing on trauma etiology within vulnerable communities. More specifically, her focus on gerontology, HIV, and LGBT communities guides her research. Crim serves as the Equity Representative within the Doctoral Student Organization.
