Patty's Place Concierge Youth Mental Health Care is a resource hub that supports youth ages 10-26 and their families. Our mental health professionals conduct a thorough Initial Intake Meeting during which they assess the individual and family's needs. From there we offer Personal Planning Meetings with a team member called PALS, Professional Advocates Linking Support. We develop support plans, offer guidance, monitor progress, and provide handheld connectivity to long-term support/specialty care as needed. Our concierge model is aimed to help a person at their time of need and determine their specific individual needs on their journey to wellness.

The Agency accepts BSW full-time, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students, Part-time BSW, and Part-time MSW. 
 The agency is accessible by bus; however, students will need transportation at times for which they receive mileage reimbursement at the IRS-determined rate. Hours and.Operations are currently Monday - Staff Development Day (11:00 am-7:00 pm), Tuesday - Thursday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (last appointment at 7:00 pm, out by 8:30/9:00 pm), and Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm with hours subject to change and potential additional hours to be available for students.
