Malica Segura

Malica Segura is the associate director of finance and administration for the College of Social Work, overseeing budget and administrative projects and logistics. She has more than 19 years of experience in administrative services within the state university system. She began working at Florida State University in 2005, serving in roles with the FSU Office of Human Resources, the College of Medicine, the College of Nursing, MagLab, and FSU Facilities. Her skills include strategic planning, policy development, financial forecasting, and operational oversight. She holds a master's degree in public administration, a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida State, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida A&M University.
