Paige McKay Kubik is Director of Development for the FSU College of Social Work. A first-generation college student, Paige is an FSU alumna. As an FSU student, she was a new student orientation leader and the first woman to serve as a drum major for the Marching Chiefs after the university became co-ed in 1947. She also served in the Peace Corps, spending two years as a community organizer with women’s cooperatives in rural Honduras.

After beginning her career at United Way for Greater Atlanta, Paige spent more than three decades in executive leadership and development roles with Atlanta human service nonprofits serving children and adults experiencing disability, homelessness, and poverty.
