FSU’s Great Give celebrated the 10th anniversary of the giving campaign. This year, the 24-hour campaign raised funds for Florida State academic programs, scholarships, and student activities. The campaign set a record-breaking goal of $1 million dollars.

On March 10th, the FSU community came together for this day of giving and exceeded the $1 million goal, raising $1,576,910 in twenty-four hours.

The FSU College of Social Work (FSU CSW) chose its Dean’s Fund as its FSU Great Give project with a goal of $10,000. The Dean’s Fund exists to enable students needing help to access valuable experiential learning and community engagement opportunities. The fund strives to cultivate student well-being, student leadership support, travel grant support, student research support, and internship support. The fund also aids students in need of emergency assistance.

FSU CSW exceeded its goal, raising $46,250 with the assistance of 104 generous supporters. People donated from thirteen different states to help the College of Social Work fund students in need. The college is so grateful for its alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, and friends who support the college’s social work community during the FSU Great Give and throughout the years.
