Kidney Center of Wesley Chapel is an outpatient dialysis center.  We treat patients who are experiencing acute kidney injury to have and stage renal disease.  Our center serves patients of all ages, however we have criteria for admission.  Our team is composed of patient technicians, a dietician, a social worker, and medical director.  Social worker provides psychosocial evaluations, counseling referral services, work in collaboration with the team, assisting the adjustment to dialysis, among other tasks.

Special Placement Information:

Agency is accepting BSW full time, BSW Part-time MSW part-time, Center is open Monday - Saturday, 6:00am-8:00pm, however student and center social worker will discuss schedule.  Student will need their own transportation. No travel or stipend available.  We are located in Wesley Chapel near restaurant, and stores.  The center has a break room and refrigerator.
