Kids in Crisis is a non-profit social services agency that serves children and their families in Fairfield county. 
Our primary program is Safe Haven, an emergency shelter and short-term respite home serving children ages 0-18.
The primary role of Social Work with Safe Haven is to build a therapeutic alliance with the residents we serve while connecting families with resources such as therapy programs.

Special placement information:
Accepting BSW, MSW 1st-year, and MSW 2nd-year/Advanced Standing (SL + clinical) students. Full-time positions only.
Valid drivers license required.
Agency hours: 24/7. Interns not required to work weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts.
