LifeStream is a behavioral health and social services organization that provides high quality treatment, education, care management, rehabilitation, child welfare, primary care and homeless services to children, adolescents, and adults. Located in Central Florida, LifeStream serves the residents of Lee, Sumter, Marion, Hernando, Citrus, and Orange Counties.
Special Placement Information
BSW Full time, MSW 1st year and Advanced Standing, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing, (Clinical), Part-time BSW, Part-time MSW. Students will need to arrange their own transportation to their assigned location. Many programs are located on local bus routes. Students will need to ensure their vehicles are fully insured. Travel is not reimbursed. Video and audiotaping may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. All requests will need to be reviewed and approved through Human Resources and the Field Supervisor. Weekend and evening hours may be available depending on the program.
