Level I is titled the Intensive Treatment Component (ITC) and comprises the first two months of treatment. During this phase clients spend the majority of their time in group therapy and a limited amount of time in individual therapy sessions with a counselor. Clients are also introduced to Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA).  Level II is titled the Employment/Re-entry component (ERC) and comprises the final four months of the program. During this phase, clients are required to obtain and maintain a full-time job. Clients continue to attend group and individual therapy sessions. Clients are also allowed to attend AA and NA meetings outside of the facility. Social workers work as counselors and facilitate groups and individual counseling sessions.
