Pace Center for Girls is an alternative school for girls ages 11-17.  The girls receive academic services, counseling, group therapy and individual therapy.  The client population has a variety of risk factors creating complex trauma cases.  The role of the social worker is to see the girls for weekly therapy, provide monthly family therapy and weekly group therapy.  

Special Placement Information:

The agency is accepting BSW Full time, MSW 1st students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical students, (Clinical) Part-time BSW and Part-time MSW.  Student will not need transportation.  Reimbursement will not be provided or a stipend.  NO liability insurance needed.  No audio or video permitted.  Agency hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.  No evenings.
