The Peace River Center (PRC) is a private, not-for-profit, community based mental health organization providing mental and behavioral health services throughout Polk, Highlands, and Hardee counties for over 65 years.  Our clients may range in age from 5-75 years old.

Special Information

MSW Clinical and Social Policy, Full Time.  As interns, students will be required to provide their own transportation to and from the PRC facility they attend.  Some of our facilities are open 24 hours a day, yet many work 8:00am -5:00pm hours, Monday through Friday.  A stipend is not available. Liability insurance is recommended. Video and audio taping is not allowed. The direct supervisor will provide information the student will need to know while in their location
