YES Institute’s primary function is to provide education on the topics of gender, orientation communication. We serve all populations, from the age of 8 and above. We do not have a Social Worker on staff.
Generalists: BSW and MSW (1st year, 2nd year, and Advanced Standing Students), part-time and full-time.
This is an unpaid internship opportunity. There are no travel stipends or reimbursements. The student will need to have their own transportation to the office. The student will need to have their own medical insurance and liability insurance. Video and audio recording of the staff and course participants is possible, with prior written approval. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and some weekends and evening hours are available. Public transportation stops directly in front of our location.
We can host generalist (non-clinical) students. We do not provide direct services of any kind.
