Agency Description:

Our facility specializes in our substance abuse intensive outpatient program. We offer substance abuse and mental health individual counseling as well as out of state DUI assessments and treatment, Court/drug evaluations, a driver safety program contract for in-state DUI, family and marriage counseling. We accept most major insurances, all private payers, no Medicaid/Medicare. We serve adults 18+ and wheelchair accessible. Our facility is CARF accredited for 3 years and DCF licensed. 

Intern Job Description:
The intern will do initial assessments, mental health and substance abuse individual counseling, the intensive outpatient group, and the driver safety group. Paperwork will be done in compliance with CARF Accreditation. 

Special Information:

This agency accepts MSW 1 and MSW 2 (Social Leadership and Clinical), full time. Interns hours will be from 9-5 PM M-F, 7 hours daily paid, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.  MSW 1 requires 28 hours to be paid. No weekends, no video or audio recording permitted. COVID vaccination not required. Intern must provide their own transportation and funding to and from the facility.
