Target Therapy Services (TTS) is an Independent contracting company designed to support an individual’s Long Term Care settings struggling with mental health issues.   TTS provides individual counseling to residents living in ALFs, ILFs, and SNFs throughout Charlotte County.  TTS is also responsible for secondary education of facility staff of mental health issues and concerns that impact our residents.  TTS has been operating since 2014, providing mental health counseling to individuals in more than 15 locations across Charlotte Co.   TTS is currently serving residents aged the 40s to the late 90s.  The Social Work Therapist is responsible for providing individual therapy and case consultation to the facility of the resident.  This will include the Initial Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Discharge Planning.  The SW has a caseload commensurate with availability.

Special Placement Information

MSW 2nd year and Advanced standing (clinical) part-time, MSW.  SW students are responsible for their own transportation and it is not reimbursed.  The location of the facility(s) is their job location for the day.  All Social Workers are required to have $1mil-$3mil professional liability insurance.  Video and audio are not permitted due to the private nature of the work that is completed and other resident’s privacy.  Due to the independent nature of the work performed, hours of each therapist is flexible according to their own availability.  TTS, Inc. available 24/7.
