Resilience is a residential facility for adolescent and young adult men (14-25) who are having difficulty with substance use disorders and mental health difficulties. Resilience is a 6–9-month program geared at preparing clients to return to their previous home/life situations with more adaptive coping skills. Social Workers support clinically and in a case management capacity helping clients identify resources for their time here and after discharge.
Special Placement Information:
The Agency accepts BSW, MSW 1st year students, MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing, Full-time and Part-time BSW and MSW. A student will not need transportation. Travel reimbursement and stipend are not available. Students do not need liability insurance. Video and audio taping are not permitted unless express permission is given on a case-by-case basis. Resilience is open from 9 am-8 pm Monday-Friday and closed over the weekend. Resilience supports full-time workers and provides evening hours. Resilience is accessible by bus.
