Confident Hope provides a variety of services to wide range of clients. The majority of clients are women, struggling with complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, marriage issues, or breakdown of family relationships. However, per my history working with clients with autism and their families, there are a handful of children and adolescents seen here.
Along with providing support to the minor, parents are also provided with education on how to best support their struggling child. The youngest client is currently 4 years old and the oldest is nearly 70.
Low Energy Neurofeedback and Brainspotting, along with traditional psychotherapy, are used as the main approaches to addressing all forms of emotional and behavioral dysregulation with much success. Often clients seek out these services after trying “everything” else. All services are currently provided by Social Workers.
