IDEAAS, LLC applies macro social work approaches to advance inclusion, diversity, equity, anti-racism, accessibility, and sustainability (IDEAAS) in practice, research, and education. IDEAAS provides training and consultation on IDEAAS concepts and applications. Through IDEAAS services, nonprofit, industry, and governmental agencies benefit from expertise in building relationships and leveraging access to create IDEAAS solutions within institutions, communities, and systems. IDEAAS positions agencies to achieve success addressing operational challenges and implementing programs to scale in highly complex and culturally entrenched environments.  Agencies may select from a menu of training & workshops, board development & training, staff recruitment & retention strategic planning, organizational research & assessment, and the facilitated Intercultural Development Inventory.

Special Placement Information:

Agency is accepting MSW 1st year students, Social Leadership, Part-time MSW.  Students must demonstrate an interest in macro practice social work.  Placements with IDEAAS, LLC are fully remote. Students must have access to reliable technology in order to engage in virtual meetings and operate effectively within geographically dispersed teams. Students must have 3 - 5 hours a week of availability during typical business hours (10am - 4pm) in the Eastern Standard Time-zone.  The remaining hours may be completed during any window of time, including evenings and weekends.
