Tracy McDade is an assistant teaching professor with extensive experience in the public and private sectors, primarily with nonprofit child welfare organizations. She supports undergraduate and graduate social work students in child welfare internships, particularly in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties. 

Dr. Renn, is an Assistant Professor in the College of Social Work and a Faculty Director at the Institute for Justice Research and Development at Florida State University. Further, Dr. Renn serves as a research scientist collaborating with colleagues at the Center for the Study and Promotion of Communities, Families, and Children to conduct research in school and foster settings throughout Leon and Gadsden counties. Dr.

Katrina Boone is an associate teaching professor and has been director of Field Education since 2005. She is an active member of the Council on Social Work Education, serving on the Council of Field Education since 2016 and with the Task Force to Advance Anti-Racism Work Group. She is also an active member of the Association of Baccalaureate Social Work Program Directors, serving as Field Committee chair in 2020.
