Tracy McDade

Tracy McDade is an assistant teaching professor with extensive experience in the public and private sectors, primarily with nonprofit child welfare organizations. She supports undergraduate and graduate social work students in child welfare internships, particularly in Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties. 

Tanya Renn

Dr. Renn is an assistant professor at the College of Social Work and a faculty director at the Institute for Justice Research and Development at Florida State University. Further, Dr. Renn serves as a research scientist collaborating with colleagues at the Center for the Study and Promotion of Communities, Families, and Children to conduct research in school and foster settings throughout Leon and Gadsden counties. Katrina Boone

Katrina Boone serves as an associate teaching professor and has held the role of Director of Field Education since 2005. She is actively involved with the Council on Social Work Education, where she contributes as a member of the Board of Accreditation Site Visitor team. Additionally, she is engaged with the Association of Baccalaureate Social Work Program Directors, serving on its executive team as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
