AccentCare Hospice & Palliative Care of Southern Florida is a hospice agency that serves individuals in end-of-life in the comfort of their home, nursing home, and ALF.  We also have two inpatient units that serve as a facility for end-of-life and symptom management.  Social work interns can provide social service counseling and support to patients and families at the bedside, provide bereavement support, and document into electronic medical records.

Special Placement Information:

The Agency is MSW 2nd year and Advanced Standing Clinical Students.  Students will need their care and valid car insurance.  Mileage is reimbursed.  Hours are from Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
